 I met a dynamic woman in Beverly Hills, California
recently, Judy Jernudd,
and she talked about reinventing yourself. Elvis and
Frank Sinatra did it. So did Ronald Reagan, Arnold
Schwartzenegger and Joan Rivers. You needn't be a
movie star to reinvent yourself. All you need is a self
awareness that your image has not progressed at the
same rate as your awesome skills!
Reinventing
yourself doesn't mean violating your persona or being
something other than your "true self." My clients tell me
that the journey is one of discovering the person you
were meant to be - the "old you" just got
covered up in layers of habit and uneducated fashion
choices.
