GREY: Born Negative
Old and grey, tired and grey, sad and grey: only a few expressions attached to the color grey. The thing to remember about grey is that it is a mixture of black and white, so it is also born a bit passive or "wishy washy" and doesn't symbolize taking a firm stand on issues. "Maybe yes, maybe no," is its statement.
Grey can be rescued from its passive position by the addition of a positive or powerful color. Eddie's tie (left) is too pale. A bold tie with sripes or discreet patterns would give it a "board room" look - and the addition of a blue shirt keeps it businesslike but friendlier.
