NOTE: The photos below were taken on the same day. The Before photos were taken at 10am at the beginning of the Total Image Makeover workshop, and the After photos were taken at 5pm at the end of the session. Photos were taken by Sandy in her studio, with no outside help. The one exception is when clients went to a hairdresser and got a haircut.

The way you look and dress announces the outcome other people can expect from you. It also announces how you feel about yourself, and you’ll be treated accordingly. You must look “state-of-the-art” from head to toe. If even one element of your image looks out of sync or dated, you will be judged to have dated products or skills.
