Julie Pickell is a mover and a shaker when it comes to her career. She's currently working on a project that will help put the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia on the map. She's already proven her worth as a City employee, and now she wants to improve the image of the employees of her adopted City so they all look like movers and shakers.
